Hi, I’m Bill Shepard, proud owner of several StretchLab studios in Northeast Ohio. After a career in the military and a lifelong passion for athletics, I was inspired to bring the benefits of assisted stretching to my community. I opened our first location in Hudson in 2021, followed by studios in 2022 and 2023, including our newest in Fairlawn.
At StretchLab, we focus on one-on-one, customized stretching sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re a desk worker, senior, or athlete, it’s my mission to help you move better and feel better every day.
