I started with Barb because I had been fussing with my old personal lines carrier about their billing cycle.  I sure wasn’t expecting the thoroughness of her presentation, and her genuine concern that we had adequate coverage for our situation.  The cost was about the same, but the care so much better that we switched.  With no pressure from the agency, we submitted our business insurance for review and they recommended some things that made very good sense, again at a reasonable price, so we switched that over.  The office responds to our customer’s request to provide COI’s immediately and accurately.  So, having done so well with all things insurance, when I lost my private health coverage, among many options, I checked with the agency about putting together a company plan, which we now offer to our employees.  I can’t say enough about the genuine interest that this agency has in making sure we are balancing the cost of insurance vs our genuine need for protection.  They’re pleasant, easy to work with, personable, and have our best interest at heart.
